Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Shipping, which provides fast and reliable delivery across the U.S. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Processing Times

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our studio and is in the hands of FedEx, Hailee’s Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting FedEx directly with your tracking number.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to protect your handmade pieces during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos through our website’s contact form. We will do our best to assist you.
